Course Offerings :: Backcountry High Angle Rescue

Axis Adventures has a two phase approach to the High Angle Rope Rescue. We provide:

1. The Basic fundamentals course, and
2. The Advance course.

Each of these courses provides a building block approach to rescue operations in the art of rope rescue. The art of High Angle Rope Rescue has developed over decades of trial and error during training and rescues operations leading us to today’s successful ability to rescue in austere conditions and demanding arenas.

Combining our efforts as a training team, we will ensure that all of our students are provided the tools necessary to become safe and knowledgeable members of the rescue community. Both rescue courses are five days long and are physically and mentally challenging. We encourage and challenge all of our students to give 100% to the course and themselves so that you as the student gain the confidence and ability to succeed in these very demanding environments.
